About Darapoint Farm
Why We Exist
Iru deserves better than the market's inconsistency
Darapoint Farm makes Nimí Locust Beans because fermented locust beans — iru — is one of those ingredients every Nigerian kitchen relies on, yet it's rarely sold with much thought to hygiene, consistency, or the different ways people actually buy it. A home cook picking up a small pack and a caterer ordering a sack full deserve the same care, just in different forms.
That's the whole idea behind Nimí: the same fermented beans, prepared three ways — Fresh, Powdered, and Dried — sorted by hand, packed consistently, and sized for however much you need, from a single pot to a full kitchen.
[Darapoint Farm's fuller story goes here — sourcing, history, and any certifications, once confirmed. This block is left as a placeholder rather than an invented history; it will be replaced with the farm's real background.]
